Changing the Screen Accountability™ Blocking Level

The Covenant Eyes Filter service provides domain blocking across all devices. There are two levels of blocking. Members on the same account do not have to have the same blocking settings. These settings can be changed by the Filter Guardian at the My Account section of our website.

  1. Once the Guardian is signed into My Account, he/she can select a member to manage.
  2. On the Settings screen, choose the “Blocking Level” option.
  3. On the Blocking Level screen there are two options to choose from. Select the blocking level that would be most appropriate for the person you are helping. After clicking the blue “Save ” button, you’ll see a confirmation notice.
  4. Finally, refresh the Covenant Eyes software on all of the member’s devices to put the changes into immediate effect.
